I applied online and got invited to interview. I spoke with two employees, but I'm not sure of their titles. The interview started almost an hour late. The questions they asked were pretty general and didn't really relate to the specific job I applied for. They also asked if I'd be open to taking on responsibilities beyond what was in the job description, mentioning that up to 100% of my time could be dedicated to tasks outside the job description based on the organization's needs. This organization does amazing work for the community, but it didn't seem like a good match for someone looking for a very specific role.

The interview process was good but there were too many different people to talk with. You never knew who was making the final decision. The first interview was very quick and the second interview was much longer.

This was a HORRIBLE interview process. I applied for this job while finishing my MSW and getting ready for my LSW exam. My first interview was in person with about 4-5 people in a big room. A bunch of them were typing on their laptops while I answered questions. Then I had to come back for a second interview with 2 of those people, and they told me they'd hire me for the youth program, which wasn't the job I applied for. When I asked about the social worker/case manager job I applied for, they said 'Everyone here has a license and we all work together.' They wouldn't tell me the salary and kept brushing off my questions about the job I was applying for. I was then walked to a room with the CEO, who asked me 'Why did you become a social worker?' and then started texting on her phone while I was answering. After that interview, I was asked to come back again to 'shadow' the youth program workers. I was so over it by then that I declined. It's a top-down agency, so your supervisor has to check with the CEO for everything. I know people who worked there and said it was 'cult-like.' This was definitely not a good interview experience, and I won't apply there again.

I was called for an interview, got there on time, and then waited around for 20 minutes. Then I had a group interview with some of the senior leadership team, and after that, I interviewed with the CEO. The senior leadership team seemed really distracted during the interview, they took phone calls and even left the room. The CEO was also on the phone during our chat and didn't seem to be in sync with the other senior leaders.
