I had a hiring call with a Senior Recruiter where we went over my resume and availability. After that, I interviewed with the VP of the company. They asked me how my skills or current work align with the position.

There were 3 interviews for a 10-Week Summer Project Intern Position. First was a screening interview with HR over Zoom where they asked typical HR questions. Second was a casual chat with a project manager on the team you would be working with. Finally, there was an interview and casual conversation with the VP/GM in person.

Remote interview with Mr. Muller (HR) in English. It lasted about 60 minutes, was very thorough both professionally and personally, and quite technical and specific. He was very friendly and conversational, making me feel reassured. The company presentation was more than exhaustive and precise, and the contractual offer was clear.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone screen that was about 30 minutes and felt pretty friendly. They asked what I knew about the company and why I thought I'd be a good fit. After that, I was invited for an in-office interview with five people from senior management. Then I came in for an hour to actually see what the job was like firsthand with the person who was currently doing it. That was really helpful and gave me a solid sense of the position. I was really thankful for that time.
