First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Project HOPE.
Grants and Compliance Specialist
The interview process started with a questionnaire, which was quite thorough. After completing that, I had an interview with the hiring manager where they asked many specific questions about my experience. I was rejected about three weeks after the interview.
- Can you describe how your past experience aligns with the requirements of this position?
Administration Officer
The interviews went okay, but they said they would contact me the following week and then ghosted me for over a month. By that time, I no longer wanted to work there. Very unprofessional.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
Director
The interview process was long, thorough, and detailed. It let me and the interviewers see if it would be a good fit. It was a bit intense with 4 interviews and meeting many team members, but it was worth it. It made the matching process much better!
- Tell me about your leadership style.
- Tell me about your communication style.
PR Associate
The interview process was easygoing, with friendly interviewers who provided clear responses and communication. There wasn't a writing test, but they did request work samples and were very upfront about what they were looking for. It seems like a great place to work.
- Tell me about your experience with thought leadership.
