Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Project Destined.
Intern
The interview was done online and the interviewer was a student from my university. Showing you're eager to learn really helps. Everyone I talked to was super nice and mostly just wanted to see if I was actually interested in learning about real estate.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in real estate?
- What makes you want to get into real estate?
Intern
The interview was chill and easy, it was a group thing where we each got a turn. It felt welcoming and relaxed so I wasn't too nervous. The person interviewing was really nice and kept a calm vibe, making it a comfortable space for everyone to speak up. It was set up to be collaborative and supportive, a good experience for everyone.
- What are your learning goals?
Intern
First, we all joined a Zoom call with Cedric Bobo where they gave us info about the internship. After that, there were group interviews with about 6 other people. The interviewer was a PD alum. If you're prepared and friendly, it's not too difficult.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- How do you define success, and how do you see this internship contributing to that definition?
- Describe a situation where you successfully collaborated within a team.
