First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ProHealth.
Account Coordinator
The interview process was pleasant, involving three rounds: recruiting, management, and senior management. They communicated well, showed interest, and clearly explained the job. It was a smooth experience overall, despite a scheduling issue where an appointment was rescheduled 30 minutes prior due to a client call. They apologized and offered two good options to find a new time, which is understandable given client priorities.
- How do you handle constructive criticism?
Account Executive
This was a fast interview process with three rounds talking to people at different levels. During these chats, I got a feel for the company culture and what the day-to-day work would be like.
- Can you tell me about projects you've led in the past?
Team Lead
The interview process was very precise and goal-oriented, focusing a lot on personality, skills, and heavily weighing attitude and behavior questions. The location was nice and the whole experience was done in a timely and professional manner. It took about a few weeks, and they kept in touch between stages. Good experience.
- Can you describe the company's communication and structural culture?
- Tell me about your long-term aspirations.
- What are your immediate career objectives?
Receptionist
The interview experience was not stressful. It was quick and the hiring manager was pretty easy-going and understanding. She made you feel comfortable. The process was short and they pretty much let you know whether they're going to hire you after the interview is done.
- Were you asked to spell medical terms?
- Were you asked to alphabetize items?
