Sales Associate
It felt really promising right from the start, and I'm still feeling that way. It seems like a great place to join and really build a career.
- Can you tell me more about yourself?
- What makes you interested in this role?
- What are your career aspirations within our company?
Sales Associate
So first, there was a phone screen, then a zoom interview. The interviewer was super nice and made me feel really comfortable right away.
- How would you respond to a prospect whose partner might be a point of concern?
- What's your approach when a potential customer mentions their spouse could be an objection?
- If a customer brings up their spouse as a potential objection, what would you say?
Sales Associate
I had a meeting scheduled with the hiring manager, but there was a significant wait before I was seen. The interview was a one-on-one with the manager. For about 15 minutes, we discussed what I hoped to gain from this role and my past sales experience. The manager asked a question that felt unusual for an interview and came across as rude, making me feel inferior. I got the impression the manager judged me early on, and my responses wouldn't change his mind. The overall experience was so negative that I wouldn't accept an offer from this company, and it negatively impacted my view of the organization.
- What's something you're hoping to learn while working here?
