I had a meeting scheduled with the hiring manager, but there was a significant wait before I was seen. The interview was a one-on-one with the manager. For about 15 minutes, we discussed what I hoped to gain from this role and my past sales experience. The manager asked a question that felt unusual for an interview and came across as rude, making me feel inferior. I got the impression the manager judged me early on, and my responses wouldn't change his mind. The overall experience was so negative that I wouldn't accept an offer from this company, and it negatively impacted my view of the organization.
