I sent my resume in for the job listing I found on Indeed, and about a week later, I got a call for a phone screen. After that, I met the team and my potential manager. They made me a job offer two days after that.

Program Coordinator
the interview process was really fun, from the start to the finish it gave me a good sense of what they needed for the job and the type of people they were hoping to hire.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Medical Coder
I got a call from HR who scheduled a video recording interview. There were about five to six questions, mostly basic ones about myself. After I recorded and sent it back, I wasn't selected.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Work Conditioning Specialist
I started with a phone interview with three managers because I was out of town. It was easygoing and informative, covering the company, the position, and some about me. Then, I was invited for an in-person meeting to see the plant and observe a typical day. This lasted about two hours and helped me decide to take the job. The three managers were fun and inviting, making it a great interview experience.
- Could you describe your future plans?
