Behavioral Presentation

The interview process at Progressive Dental needs some management attention. Initially, candidates are told they have a lot of say in hiring, only to be later informed they don't have much influence after promises of an offer by end of day. This suggests a lack of leadership training, as evidenced by employees actively job searching at their desks. This high turnover is also mentioned in past employee reviews. While not upset about not getting an offer, the process was frustrating due to misleading statements and perceived disorganization.

Behavioral Technical

After going through multiple in-person interview rounds, they ghosted me after the final interview despite my follow-ups. This was super unprofessional. They're not flexible with hybrid work at all and wanted an immediate start date, which made them hesitant about me wanting to give my two weeks notice. One interviewer pushed me to share my salary expectations even though the recruiter told me not to discuss it with that team. It was a total waste of my time.
