The whole interview process was super smooth and professional. They kept me in the loop really well at every step. The recruiter was awesome – always quick to respond, honest, and really helpful. The people interviewing me were cool and respectful of my time. They mostly asked about my actual experience with projects, how I work with teams, and how I solve problems, not trying to trick me with weird questions. Honestly, it felt pretty open, like they cared about the candidate, and everything was run really well.

The interview process was pretty much what I expected. They mainly wanted to learn about me and my college experience to see if I would be a good fit. Everyone who was there was really nice and made me feel welcome.

Took two months to get an email to schedule an interview. After the initial schedule, things moved pretty quickly with the recruiter. Had the first interview pretty soon after scheduling it. Less than a week later, got a call from the recruiter wanting to schedule a second interview. The second interview due to the designers' schedules took place about a week and a half later. I was promised that the designers and recruiter would regroup and make a decision and get back to all their candidates the following week. I NEVER heard anything after the second interview (neither offering me a position or rejecting me). Reached out to the recruiter TWICE (first time 2 weeks after the interview to give them time to make a decision and get back to me; second time a week after the first follow-up email asking if they filled the position.) I didn't get any response to my emails, even though I had corresponded previously with the recruiter. Found out they had filled the position via LinkedIn. Received a follow-up call 6 months later for the same position (they were hiring again) asking if I was interested. I declined due to the highly unprofessional and rude HR and management.

It was a two-round interview process. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had a second interview with two Architects, one senior and one leader. They were all friendly, kind, and professional. I got the offer pretty quickly after that.
