First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ProFrac.
Intern
The interview process was good and very interesting. It made me realize how difficult it is to survive in this never-ending growing tech world and how good it is to learn, grow, and keep moving forward.
- How do efficiency and quality relate to personality?
Manager
The process requires an in-person visit. While that's okay for a final interview, in 2024, coming in for the first round is a waste of the candidate's time and PTO, especially when they have to take half a day off. You don't know if you and the manager will even connect or like each other.
- Could you share details about your background and experience?
Equipment Operator
It was an easy interview. We mainly talked about my previous work and where I had the most skill. They wanted to know if I knew about hydraulic fracturing and if I had any special licenses.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and areas of expertise?
- Do you have experience with hydraulic fracturing?
- Have you obtained any relevant licenses or endorsements?
BI Developer
The interview had three parts. It was thorough but fair, covering behavioral and workplace scenarios, and primarily focused on technical skill sets, including intermediate and a few advanced technical questions. Overall, it was a pleasant and straightforward process.
- How do you handle workplace conflict?
