I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. They gave me a quick 15-minute call before inviting me for an on-site panel interview. The recruiter mentioned two interviewers, one from client-facing and one from business analytics, but when I arrived, there were three people, including an associate from business analytics. The interviewers were all recent college grads. The interview itself wasn't great. The two leads took turns asking 'tell me when' questions without much conversation. It felt easy, but I was being judged by young 'managers' who seemed arrogant because of their titles instead of trying to connect. There were no smiles, just intense stares meant to intimidate. On the plus side, they move fast, so you get a quick response, and the receptionist was really nice, offering water right after I signed in.

I sent in my application with a resume and cover letter, and an employee referred me. I heard back the very next day and had a brief phone chat to see if I had a basic understanding of the role. After that, I went through three more interviews, each with someone from a different team. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and gave me a lot of good info. They were happy to answer my questions, and communication was clear all the way through. I was really impressed with how professional they were, I'd definitely recommend them. They ended up going with someone else, but they were upfront about why they made that decision.

I applied on LinkedIn and soon after got a call from the HR manager for a basic phone screening. Then I had an in-person interview the following week. Four people, including the HR manager, interviewed me. They were a bit late coming back from lunch. The interview was about 30 minutes and pretty easy, mostly asking about my background and experiences. We also spent a good amount of time with me asking questions and chatting. It was a bit odd because most of them didn't seem very excited about the company, saying they only applied because they were graduating and needed a job. The HR manager said she'd email me about the placement decision. I waited a few days, didn't hear anything, so I sent a follow-up email a week later, but still no response.
