It was a relaxed, casual chat about my work history and qualifications. I interviewed at the green ale location inside an equinox gym, and I get to work out for free there.

I had a phone chat with a recruiter who was really nice. Right at the end, she mentioned we'd need to set up another call with someone from marketing soon. But then, like 30 minutes later, she called back to see if I could talk to someone within two hours. I couldn't because I was at my current job and needed to schedule it for when I wasn't working. My second phone interview was with someone from marketing, and it went great; I was still into the job. They told me I had to do an assessment, and then the next week, they'd set up an in-person interview. I got a marketing assessment, and it was due a week later. I finished it and then was immediately asked to schedule a video call for two days later, with no mention of the in-person interview anymore. They also wanted to schedule it in the middle of the day, not caring about my work schedule. I reached out to the recruiter to check if the video call was replacing the in-person one, and she said no. At that point, I decided to pull out of the process because they weren't upfront about how long it would take, they were wasting candidates' time, and they weren't considerate of people's schedules. And the best part, I politely said no thanks, and they never even responded. Something's not right with this company.

I had a short chat with two people. One was the head aide and the other was a senior PT. They only asked a few things and didn't dig into the details of what I said.

I first had a phone interview. Then they invited me to come in for a live interview where two employees interviewed me. They were really friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
