It had 3 rounds in total. The first round was a telephone call and then 2 interviews face-to-face. The first interview was easy with the recruiting team and easy. The second interview was difficult with the manager of the team.
- What qualities make you a good team member?
Clinical Data Associate
The panel was friendly and made me feel comfortable before starting the interview. They introduced themselves, their roles, and what they do at PPD, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- What is your proficiency with Microsoft Office?
Deputy Line Manager
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with prompt responses. The team was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The owner is very approachable and clearly committed to the organization's success and the well-being of her employees.
- Could you describe your previous experience in the federal contracting sector?
Clinical Research Nurse
I was asked general questions about my experience. The main issue was the requirement to work 2 shifts a week at times they dictated (it didn't seem like you could choose when patients came in and you chose your availability). So, there wasn't much flexibility. Also, a 2-day a week commitment sounds more like a part-time job than per diem. They could tell I wasn't interested anymore and didn't offer me the job. Things might be different now because I saw the job opening for a while before it was filled.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
