Behavioral Technical

I had a meeting with a senior technical lead. They first had me introduce myself. Then, they asked some behavioral questions, followed by two general technical questions. I think if I had gotten past that, there would have been two more interviews: one with other team members and then one with a higher-up executive.

After that, I had two video calls, one with someone from the data team and then the actual hiring manager. We talked about business stuff, how I'd clean data, and how to explain findings.

I didn't really have a formal interview process. They picked me directly from my resume, my grades, and the classes I took. It was simple and they let me know things quickly.
