Human Resources Assistant
So first they had me watch a video. Then, even though I already submitted an application online, they made me fill out a paper application too. We talked about the pay, it's $12 an hour base, but if you have an associate's degree it's more, and with a bachelor's, I think it's up to $13.50 max.
- Can you share your experiences from previous employment?
- What have you done in your past roles?
- Describe your previous work history.
Tech Support Engineer
It was a really simple interview process with just two or three rounds. First, there was a personal interview where they asked about my family background. If I had experience, they'd ask about my previous job. Then came the technical interviews, and a final one on the client side, at the actual job location. This client-side round was about how I'd work there.
- They asked basic questions about DNS.
- They asked basic questions about DHCP.
- They asked basic questions about OSI layers.
Consumer Service Representative
First, there was a typing test. Then, I was given a quick tour of the bustling call center. After that, I went to an office to meet with one of the managers for a one-on-one chat. The interview itself was pretty laid-back.
- Can you share some of your interests and explain how they would be an asset in this role?
Software Engineer
It wasn't too tough and went pretty smoothly for me. I had three people interview me. There were two technical rounds, and then a final HR round. It was quite straightforward, and the interviewers were really nice.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Java?
