The interview was supposed to start at 11 AM but ended up being at 3 PM. The interviewer seemed to not know my name or profile and tried to intimidate me instead of interviewing. It was very unprofessional. I have 6 years of experience with B.tech and MBA degrees, but the interviewer said I was only fit for an intern role. I get that I might not be a good fit, but calling someone with double degrees and experience fit only for an intern role is unprofessional. The interviewer had no structured interview process; it was just a chat. The interview didn't even start with a friendly greeting.

Saw the job ad, visited Google, had a preliminary written technical exam, then a technical round, then a round with the project manager, and finally the HR round. It was a straightforward process, went in after lunch, and had the offer in hand by evening. Was never left unattended or had to wait long between rounds. HR was also outspoken, and negotiations and other matters were good.

First there was a technical round, then a manager round. The HR management plays games with people who have cleared all the rounds, they don't send confirmation calls or emails. They play and waste your time during the interview. So, I suggest never go for this company. Worst interview team. They don't have proper skills to conduct an interview.

It was a phone call interview. There were two people on the other end. The first person asked very vague questions, like how to configure something or which option to choose for a specific task. I didn't understand most of their questions, so I lost interest and gave disinterested answers. The second person kept interrupting me while I was responding, which wasn't very professional.
