The interview process was brief and direct. Shortly after the interview, I was asked to complete a pitch for the company as the next step. I had four days to finish the assignment. I spent a lot of time working on the proposal and sent it in. PRG didn't even bother to reject me personally; I just never heard back. After all the effort I put in, I found it to be very rude and bad for the company's image.

A recruiter reached out, and I had a phone call with them the next day. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone, and they asked about my current role and past experience. The following day, I went in for an onsite interview that lasted about two hours. I met with the manager and two other developers. While I didn't have to write any code, the interview focused on finding and fixing bugs, along with some questions about multithreading and Objective-C concepts. The rest of the conversation revolved around my experience at my current job. It was a decent experience overall.

I applied online and had to do a personality test and submit my resume. Then, out of the blue, I got a phone interview. The interviewer tried to talk me out of the job, saying it was either too hard or too boring, but I was still interested. After that, I had a 1:1 interview where I met the HR manager and got a tour of the shop. They asked me some basic skills questions and again tried to dissuade me from taking the position, but I really wanted it. Five days later, I got the call that I was accepted. I also had to pass a drug test and a driver physical.
