The interview process was quite difficult, with a lot of questions and not enough time to ask my own. Even though the role was junior (1+ years of PM experience), the difficulty and expectations didn't feel adjusted. I didn't get much useful feedback from the recruiter, just generic statements after the interview. I'm not sure what was expected or how to improve. Also, the long process with no proper feedback at the end makes me not want to apply here again.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a few interviews. First up was a recruiter chat to see if I was a good fit and to learn more about the company and my background. Then, I spoke with a Product Manager where we talked about my wins, product thinking, and what I'm most proud of. It was a good chat. Next, I interviewed with the Director of Engineering, Director of Product, and Director of Design. This was more of a traditional interview style, focusing on past experiences with building teams, handling conflicts, and tackling product challenges. After that, I had a session with the CEO to discuss my prior work and my vision for the company's future. This was followed by a presentation on a project, covering its scope, stakeholder collaboration, and any hurdles. Finally, we discussed the offer.
