It's the typical customer success interview process here, focusing on company fit and then an exercise you'll complete and present to the hiring manager and a senior leader. Pretty standard for CS roles.

I got an email after I applied and they asked me to answer some questions on two pages. After I sent them back, they gave me a job offer through email. They asked for my Full Name, Full Home Address, and Phone Number (that can receive texts) so HR could send the official offer letter.

Got introduced to the leader through someone I knew. Had an initial call with the leader, then a more formal 60-minute interview with them. After that, I did a mock presentation with feedback, which also took 60 minutes. Then, I had a culture interview with another team member to ask non-role specific questions. Finally, I got a verbal offer and we negotiated. They were really transparent throughout and always let me know what was coming next. It was a smooth process overall.
