First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ProDrivers.
Business Development Manager
The questions were great, and everyone in the office seemed really invested in finding the right person. The manager used open-ended questions, which led to some really good conversations. I got to meet and chat with the people I'd be working with every day. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
- What's your preferred management style?
Class B Driver
I submitted my application and within a few hours on the same day, I got a call for an interview. The person I spoke with seemed friendly and asked me a few things. Then I was asked to come in for an interview.
- Can you tell me about your driving record?
Branch Manager
I went through multiple interviews and then someone else got the job. Four weeks later, they asked me if I wanted the position. I had another interview. They said they were restructuring and wouldn't be filling the role. The management team had the recruiter tell me instead of telling me themselves. It was a bad experience and I'm very disappointed.
- What are your career aspirations?
Company Driver
The interview process was smooth and easy. I had to watch a couple of videos, which took about two hours. The staff was nice and friendly, and they treated me respectfully. They even offered drinks and a snack.
- What kind of work are you looking for, and what's your acceptable commute distance to clients?
- What are your salary expectations, and are you open to out-of-state travel?
- Regarding any past violations, what kind of work are you seeking, and when can you start?
