I had an online chat with the post production supervisor. We talked about workflows and any past agency or client work I've done. He was pretty upfront about what the job entails and how demanding the work environment can be.

The interview process was very pleasant and quick, lasting about a week and a half, and I received a response from the company promptly. The process was relatively short. First, there was an interview with the talent attraction person to see if the profile fit what they were looking for. Then, there were 5 different tests which, in my opinion, are complicated and require knowledge that not everyone working in paid media necessarily uses or applies daily. If you pass this, you have to take an English exam which, even if you know English, can be very difficult. There are only 26 seconds to answer each question, and the instructions can be unclear. Lastly, there is a meeting with people who have technical knowledge of the things you've listed as your expertise, and from there they decide if you pass or not. The experience, although a bit difficult and stressful, can ultimately be satisfying because that effort is rewarded and shows that not just anyone gets into the agency, only people with clear skills.
