First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Procurri.
Account Manager
I applied through LinkedIn and went through a 2-step interview process. First, I had a video call with the hiring manager, and then I met with their manager onsite. I got the offer about 2-3 weeks later. It was a pretty standard interview process and felt very professional.
- Can you discuss your background and past experiences?
- How does your experience align with the requirements of this role?
Business Development Executive
The interview process was pretty quick and simple. The person I spoke with was nice and friendly. They explained the role and the company's goals well. Before the interview, I had to complete a detailed background check form.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Why are you interested in this opportunity?
- Could you share your salary expectations?
Service Associate
It was short and straight to the point. The interviewer also talked about the location of the workplace and how I would need to relocate if necessary to work in different locations. The questions were also about my communication skills with clients and how I handle difficult situations with customers who have a minimal understanding of English and heavy accents.
- Can you share how your past experience aligns with the responsibilities outlined in the job description?
Account Manager
The interview wasn't too long, which was nice. The interviewer got right to the point and didn't play any games or give any tricky tests. They were clear about what they expected from me and what I could expect from them.
- Are you okay with making cold calls?
