The interview process had quite a few steps. I spoke with several teams and then ended up talking with the CEO, who I didn't really connect with. Since we would have needed to collaborate closely on projects, I guess it was a good thing I didn't get an offer. The other folks I met were all really nice, though. It's a great building with a lot of friendly people.

I’ve had a few interviews with this firm, arranged by a recruiter. I always felt really good about possibly joining them after each interview. But even though I got positive feedback right after, it never led to an offer. I know there's a lot of bureaucracy involved in hiring, but by the time you get through it, you've lost interest.

It was a three hour interview. They interviewed 2-3 people at a time for about 30mins. Have your water with you and be ready to stay sharp for 3hrs via zoom which is more difficult than doing in person.
