It was decent. First there was an HR lady who was shortlisting candidates' resumes, then there were two rounds of interview. The employer was knowledgeable and a gentleman. My interaction with the company interview was decent.

The interview process was professional but also felt warm and welcoming. They really seem to foster a strong team environment, which is a big part of why I was initially drawn to PROCON. I was impressed by the team's enthusiasm. Although it didn't end up working out for me this time, I'm genuinely happy for the person who got the job because they landed a fantastic role at a great company. I would definitely consider applying again if another suitable position becomes available.

The recruiter, Annette, who writes really fun and exciting job descriptions, found me on LinkedIn. She was easy to talk to and great at finding top talent. She invited me to meet the owners first, who are passionate, humble, and inspiring leaders, and then the whole executive team. The leadership is excellent and has worked together for over 20 years, so they collaborate smoothly and genuinely enjoy working with each other. After that, I met the team I'd be working with, and they were both excellent at their jobs and did great work. It was a long process, but since I was happy at my previous company, I wasn't in a hurry.

I knew some folks at ProCon already and they suggested I send in my resume. My contact with the hiring team was good and they were cool about my privacy since I was still working. My first time in the office for the interview went fine. The people there seemed pretty relaxed and I saw a mix of people working together and others focused on their own stuff. The office was being renovated because a department was growing. The interview itself was good. ProCon is kinda slow with offers. Their staff seems to be pretty tenured and they take their time making decisions. I got an offer, but it was lower than I wanted to make a move. The people I know who are still there seem happy.
