Process Associate Trainee
The hiring process at Prochant usually starts with an Online Assessment, then a Face-to-Face (F2F) HR Interview to see if you fit the values, and a Functional Interview to check skills. This Process Associate Trainee role is usually for fresh graduates (0-1 years exp) from any stream. Don’t go and waste of time the hr is so busy so many time waiting in entry gate pass.

This was my first interview in Medical RCM. The process was simple and usual. First was a group discussion where we had to speak for 5 mins on a topic to check our English skills. Then a computer-based test with easy quantitative and analytical questions like basic percentage conversions, directions, simple and compound interest. Finally, a face-to-face interview with HR, which included a self-introduction, some simple math questions, and that's about it for the role.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Could you answer some basic math questions?

The interview process was pretty simple. The HR team mainly wanted to see how well I could communicate. They asked about my past experiences, my education, and some personal stuff to gauge my communication skills. There were three rounds in total. First, a 20-minute phone screen. Then, an initial interview over Microsoft Teams that was longer than 30 minutes, with a talent acquisition associate, where most questions focused on my communication abilities. I also had to complete an aptitude test with 10-13 questions, which I did. Sadly, I couldn't make it to the next round because of personal emergencies. HR did offer to reschedule, but I decided not to move forward at that time since I had to deal with some personal matters first.

First is an HR interview by phone, conducted in English since it's an international voice role. The HR will ask basic questions and let you know if you proceed to the assessment stage. There are two assessments testing language proficiency, numerical ability, etc. You need 60% on the first to take the second. After scoring 60% on the second, you'll have a video call with HR, assessing communication, other skills, and numerical ability again. The final round is face-to-face, continuing the same assessment process. Be ready with good answers to satisfy the HR and show knowledge of the company and role.
- What steps would you take if you made an error, and how would you go about fixing it?
