First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ProcessUnity.
Implementation Consultant
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was held at my university. The interviewer was friendly, gave me a good overview of the company, and answered all my questions. I heard back the following week.
- Could you discuss your past experiences from your resume and how they relate to success in this role?
Project Coordinator
I had a phone interview and then was brought in for an in person interview with multiple people (some where remote employees so they were on the phone). I was brought back for a final interview with the EVP of Product & Engineering. I found everyone very open, honest and easy to talk with.
- Have you ever utilized a project plan?
- What management levels have you worked with?
- Who do you feel most comfortable working with?
Software Engineer
First I had a phone screen where they asked me some basic technical questions and talked about my background and experience. Then pretty quickly after that, I had an in person interview. That one was more about how to tackle different problems and the best ways to optimize algorithms once we figured out how to solve them. After the technical part, I met with some of the leaders to chat about the company's products, how they do things, and the company overall. It was a good experience.
- Do you have any brain teasers?
- What are your standard questions about process and best practices?
- How would you approach various problems?
Project Manager
It was a surprising 7 rounds of interviews for a mid-level role at a company that isn't super well-known. The HR person was professional and got back to me within a week, but it was a no. I'm guessing they needed to hire a local project manager really fast because the project is already halfway through, maybe due to some client issues or the project not going so well.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- Describe the types of projects you've worked on.
- What are your salary expectations?
