The interview process was pretty standard, with no aptitude test but a skills test covering .net, OOPS, JS, HTML, etc. I had an HR interview, which went well. Then, a technical interview at their office that lasted about 40 minutes, focusing on college projects and subjects I liked. Finally, there was a group discussion with 6 members on current affairs or related topics.
- What are your skills in .net, OOPS, JS, HTML etc.?
- Tell me about your college projects.
- Which subjects do you like?
Solutions Engineer
The interview process began positively and with enthusiasm, but it deteriorated. HR's communication became nonexistent, and timelines were not met. At the end of the process, no outcome was communicated despite several attempts to reach HR for an update. If a company does not respect candidates enough to inform them of their rejection, I advise against working there unless absolutely desperate. A company that disrespects its candidates likely shows a similar lack of respect for its employees, in my opinion. The company's reviews also appear questionable regarding their rating.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Biztalk Lead
The interview process had 3 main steps. First was a phone interview where they asked questions from an online list. Next, there was an in-person interview that involved demonstrating practical knowledge and a brief technical interview. Following that, I had an interview with the VP where I was asked scenario-based questions. After that, they arranged an introductory meeting with the CTO. I thought that was it and they had decided, but then they stopped responding to the recruiter and gave no further updates.
- In a specific situation, how would you select an integration tool or technology?
