First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Process Automation Solutions.
MES Engineer
It was a one-on-one online interview, pretty general and not too heavy on technical stuff. Started with me introducing myself, then they asked some things about me, and they told me about the company. They're looking for someone new to the team, so it wasn't a super tough interview.
- How do you handle stress in a work environment?
Controller
The focus was on credibility and professionalism. It's been 7 weeks since the second interview. When asked for updates, I only received vague and non-specific information. The company seemed unsure about its direction. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. I only received the rejection notice one day after posting my review of the company.
- Could you attend a third interview early next week?
Intern
First, you submit your CV and cover letter online. If that goes well, you'll be invited for an interview. Afterwards, you'll get a call or email about the outcome. The hiring contact was always quick to respond to emails and handled the recruitment process very professionally.
- What are your general talents?
- Can you describe your experience at school?
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
Controls Engineer
I had to wait for about 30 minutes before meeting with anyone. Then, for an hour, all they did was talk about company names and opportunities, and this was in a really run-down facility. They're looking to send people out for months at a time.
- What are your salary expectations?
