The interview process was really pleasant, smooth, and well-structured. It started with a recruiter screening call, followed by a Zoom call with the hiring manager where I was asked some technical questions. Then, I had an onsite interview with five team members. The last round was a 30-minute chat with the Senior Director, which was more of a get-to-know-you session where they talked about the company and its mission. Overall, the interview focused heavily on my past experiences and asked for specific examples related to the role. There were a few technical questions, but they were expected and not surprising.

Although I was nervous, I felt the interview went well. Since I already work remotely with a home office, I saw this as a good chance to get out of the house once a week and help a company that makes medical devices that save lives. The interview itself was nice—both interviewers were warm and professional, making the chat comfortable and engaging.

I began my experience with PROCEPT in November 2021 after being recruited by Daniel through a Military Officer transition program. I was transitioning out of the US Air Force at the time and exploring various opportunities. During the transition program, I connected with over 10 companies and discussed numerous roles. Ultimately, I secured multiple offers. I chose PROCEPT because I felt a strong resonance with the company's mission, objectives, and its people. My interactions with Daniel were excellent; unlike many recruiters, he showed genuine interest and identified clear connections between my skills and how they could benefit the company. Post-joining, he continued to support me throughout the year, checking in on my transition and offering assistance in my new role, demonstrating a true commitment to my success.
