Business Development Representative
I recently interviewed with ProCare for a role that seemed like a good match. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and learning about ProCare's work. The interview process, however, was not ideal. During the panel interview, one person did most of the talking, while the others were late and disengaged, with one on their phone. At one point, a strange question about having friends was asked. I was excited about the job, but the $21/hour pay for a hybrid role didn't meet my expectations. I admire ProCare's mission, but decided not to move forward. I'd be open to other roles at ProCare in the future.
- When the salary of $21/hour was discussed, I mentioned it didn't meet my expectations, and the response was to use calculators to show how much I could earn. This felt awkward and didn't address my concerns about the pay not matching the role's demands and in-office requirements. Ultimately, I've decided not to proceed with this position, as the role and compensation weren't suitable for my needs. However, I appreciate the recruiter's time and would consider other ProCare opportunities that better fit my career goals.
Account Executive
The interview process took about 1 month. I spoke with the recruiting team as a first step over the phone, then I had an interview with the VP of Sales over Zoom, then I was invited to the office to meet some more team members (Sales Managers, VP of Sales, HR). After that they had me provide them with three references, which were promptly completed. Then it took about a week and a half with multiple follow ups on my end checking in to see if there was an update. They ended up sending me the standard rejection letter with no feedback whatsoever. Disappointing after you've spent a month in the process. But here's the kicker. A different person in the recruiting department followed up with me to ask if I was still interested in the position. I was confused because they provided no insight as to what happened and why I was being contacted for the position again. Before I even got a chance to reply to that email, I received an auto-reject email, notifying me that they had gone with another candidate...I reached back out to the recruiter who had emailed me and asked what was going on. She told me that there was a mix-up on their end and that an error had been made in sending me a rejection letter. I finally agree to take the call. We speak for about 15 minutes over the phone. This was not an interview. I was given pertinent information about the role and I was led to believe that I had been offered the position and she was checking with me to make sure nothing had changed. Then I received an email less than 24 hours later notifying me once again that they had gone with another candidate. This interview process was the most disorganized, dysfunctional, disrespectful, unclear, and confusing experience I've ever had. There's clearly a disconnect within their team and this was about as embarrassing and unprofessional as it gets.

Lead Architect
I had a good dialog with everyone I talked to. I wasn't sure if I had what they were looking for, but I went through 6 long interviews with different people and hoped my other qualifications would make up for it. They said they would schedule a 7th interview, but I never heard back. I followed up via email two and a half weeks later for feedback, but it's been three and a half weeks since then. I'd normally just let this go, but this seems to be a recurring issue based on other Glassdoor reviews, so I think it's important for future candidates to know what to expect.
- I'm keeping their interview questions confidential and would prefer not to share.
Director of Learning Services and Development
The hiring process was really quick, especially considering it happened over the holidays. I met with pretty much the whole executive team, including the CEO and CFO. Most of the interviews ran longer than planned because the conversations were so interesting, and I found everyone to be very approachable. They were super clear about what they expect for the role and what the strategic goals are moving forward.
- Can you describe an instance where you had to influence stakeholders to achieve alignment, and give an example of a challenging situation you faced during that process?
- Could you share your background in managing client training programs?
- What's your experience working with organizations that are scaling rapidly, and how do you handle conflicting priorities in such environments?
