First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Procare RX.
Account Manager
It was a pretty straightforward interview, not intentionally tricky. The interviewer was friendly and patient, and the whole process felt smooth. The environment was welcoming and not too stressful. They asked direct questions related to the job. The interviewer asked about my experience in relation to the role I was applying for. Nothing too hard about it, just a basic interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience related to account management?
IT Manager / Desktop Support / Systems Administrator
The interview process was quick and straightforward. I spoke with a few members of the team who were both friendly and technically skilled. I had interviews over the phone and also in person. I ended up accepting the job offer. This role is a mix of remote and on-site work.
- Can you tell me about your project experience?
Software QA Tester
So, I went through two interviews. The first one was a screening with some really simple questions. The second interview also had more easy questions. They gave the standard corporate answer about liking me but not having the right experience, and they weren't willing to train me. It's a frustrating cycle, honestly.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Which testing methodologies are you familiar with?
- How did you interact with developers?
QA Analyst
The interview process was quite involved. It started with an initial stage, followed by a technical interview, a project discussion, and then another round of interviews. After that, there was an aptitude test, more technical assessments, and a focus on details, communication skills, and concentration. They asked for examples and situations to gauge my skills, knowledge of systems, SQL, PL/SQL, QA methodologies, defects, test cases, test scripts, and defect management.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your past experience?
- Tell me about your experience with SQL.
- Tell me about your experience with PL/SQL.
