Technical Behavioral

First I got an email asking me to do an assessment, which was like a typical timed IQ and behavioral test, but they claimed it was a "data-driven tool built from years of actual team member performance insights." After I passed that, I got another email to set up a "30 minute" interview. But for me, that interview only lasted about 10 minutes with someone who really didn't seem qualified to interview anyone, even though they said they'd been at the company for 3 years. The interviewer hadn't even read my resume before we talked, which made the whole thing super awkward.

So first, you have an initial 15-minute chat to get to know you. If you pass that, then there's a final interview that's an hour long. This one's more technical, where they'll dive into specifics like situational questions and circuit configurations.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a recruiter phone screen. They asked about my resume. Then, I had an introductory interview with a current Field Service Engineer. We discussed the position and its requirements more, and I got to ask my initial questions. The final round involved more technical questions, focusing on how I approach problem-solving.
