I applied for the Cloud Support Trainee role via LinkedIn. First, I had to complete a 75-question, 75-minute assessment on Mettl. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview.

I had to take a 2-hour exam with open-ended word problems about network engineering and sysadmin stuff. After that, I had two interview rounds where we talked about my past work, my experience with different devices and systems, and I had to share some good and bad times from past projects and experiences. They mentioned a third round where I'd have to present on a topic they assigned, but then they ghosted me after the second interview, even though they said I did well after each step.

The interview process starts with HR reviewing your application to see if you meet the basic requirements. Then there's an HR phone screen where they'll chat about your resume, salary ideas, and ProArch. If it's a tech role like security, a senior person might do a technical phone screen to check your general cybersecurity knowledge, frameworks, policies, and best practices. Next is a more in-depth technical interview with team members, covering security concepts (like the CIA triad), threat modeling, security tech, incident response, and problem-solving for security scenarios. After that, there's a behavioral interview to see if you fit the company culture, focusing on past experiences and how you handle stress or conflicts. Sometimes, you'll meet with senior leadership to discuss career goals and your fit with ProArch, and your thoughts on cybersecurity trends. Finally, if everything looks good, you'll get a job offer with details on pay and benefits, followed by onboarding to learn about company policies and your role.

Had an initial call with HR about the role. The first round was a tech discussion. The second round was an interview with the Delivery Manager. The third round was with HR. It was a bad experience and a waste of time. After passing all rounds, they do a reference check before releasing the offer. They follow up extensively for the reference check, and then they start avoiding you. No offer release, a complete waste of time.
