It was a pretty easy, smooth, and quick interview process. I went to a career fair, walked around, and met some of the agents and employees. I learned about the company and met some great people, and then I was pretty much hired on the spot.

The process was super fast and easy. Getting a referral from someone who works here is the best way to get in. It started with a phone call, then a character test, followed by a 3-minute video recording, and ended with a final phone interview. It was really straightforward, and they weren't focused on technical skills but more on your personality traits.

I first talked to the main recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager. It was all pretty standard stuff, checking my background and experience, and then just regular interview questions. They were pretty easy questions. The first was a phone call and the second was a video chat. The first call was easy.
