There were two technical rounds and one techno-managerial round. The tech level was moderate, with some DSA questions around strings and arrays. Questions were asked about Selenium, TestNG, BDD, and Rest Assured. Basic manual testing concepts were also covered.

Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview had 3 Zoom video calls with 3 different people, then an in-person panel of 6 people where I had to present a case study on a hypothetical customer/scenario given by Pro-Vigil. I also had to present a 30/60/90 day plan which was tough without knowing company processes. The interviews weren't hard, and the case study was okay given I didn't know the full product suite. The panel members were nice and asked similar questions, then called me back to ask the same questions again. They liked my PowerPoint and asked if I could send it and help more if hired. They were unclear about salary and commission structure, which felt like red flags. I was overqualified but preferred an Outside Sales role. I saw many red flags and would have declined even if offered. I was told they went in a different direction 2 weeks later. The same day, I saw an Outside Sales Rep post. Disappointing, but too many red flags. I even tried to withdraw, but they convinced me to continue. I wish them the best.

Behavioral Other

I was rejected after clearing all interview rounds. The rejection was due to my documents not being good enough. I couldn't provide a relieving letter from a previous company as my experience there was no longer available, and despite informing them about this situation and even suggesting they disregard that experience, it was not considered. For my educational documents, I completed my graduation through correspondence due to family issues and my 12th standard through an open school. Also, my SSC certificate was stuck at my engineering college due to some issues. Because I failed to submit these papers, I was rejected. I feel this is unfair, especially when I have the knowledge to do the job. Why are there such restrictions? Is it a mistake if someone cannot continue their studies because of family problems? I am very disappointed with the service. If a company wants to help, they should find solutions for these issues. I really need a job right now but feel helpless because of these paper requirements. It's a shame that knowledge is judged only by government-issued papers and not by a person's capacity and capability.
