Operations
The interview process was a bit chaotic. Three interviewers were present, and they kept interrupting each other. It seemed like they weren't entirely sure about the details of the role I was applying for. Overall, I left with a negative impression of the company.
- Are you married or do you have a family?
Sales
The interview process started with a phone interview. After that, they asked me to provide my existing leads. I declined to share my leads because it seemed like an unreasonable request upfront from someone currently working in the same field at a competitor.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What's your approach to finding new clients?
- How good are you at understanding client needs and suggesting solutions they might not even realize they need?
Environmental Scientist
It was an easy interview process. The entire thing took about 2 weeks. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. I got the job offer right at the end. They mentioned many possible work locations and also said they assist with relocation.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Senior Software Engineer
The interview experience was smooth and easy. The HR was active and good. There were a total of 3 rounds, which were generally easy to average difficulty. If you are prepared enough, you can crack the interview. So, make sure to prepare well.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
