Muita enrolação nesse processo seletivo admissional, bem confuso, sem muita informação pra gente saber como ele anda. Fazem exame médico, todos os testes foram feitos, mas parece só uma perda de tempo. O processo seletivo admissional é só pra ilusão, o resultado nunca sai. A gente fica esperando em casa, mas nunca vem o contato. Os avaliadores fazem todas as perguntas.

Fui forçado a sair às 3 da manhã, ir para o outro lado da cidade, para fazer uma entrevista de 5 minutos e nem sequer me deram uma resposta. Falta de respeito com os candidatos.

I went through the selection process for a training role. I felt the recruitment team really needed to improve their candidate feedback. The recruiter scheduled a chat with the area coordinator for me, but I didn't get the invite and was waiting for it. Minutes before the interview, I messaged her, and she had forgotten about our meeting and asked to reschedule. I felt it showed a lack of care for a candidate who organizes themselves to participate and then encounters this situation. I had the chat with the coordinator, and they said they would send feedback, but two weeks passed and I heard nothing.
