The interview process included three interview rounds plus a take-home assessment. First up was a phone interview, followed by meetings with the hiring manager or supervisor for the subsequent interviews.

Credentialing Specialist
So I had six interviews in total, starting with the HR call. It was pretty wild because two of the interviewers were actually new hires, and they didn't even know who I was or why they were interviewing me. In the end, I got an email saying they went with someone else. I tried to get some feedback since I put so much time into it, but I never heard back.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Privia Health has a really professional and in-depth interview process. I went through 5 interview rounds (3 phone, 1 in-person, 1 web interview) and also a personality test. I first spoke with a recruiter from HQ in Arlington, VA over the phone for a general overview of the position and my career goals. The second interview was a phone call with a team member from their culture team to see if I'd be a good fit for the person and environment. Third, I had a phone interview with the HR manager at HQ. Fourth, I did an in-person panel interview with the HR managers in Houston who would be my direct supervisors. The fifth and final interview was a webcam interview with the Recruiting manager. By the end, I had a great understanding of Privia Health's mission, the job duties, and the company culture, and I met some great people. It was an excellent process showing they really care about finding the right people and ensuring employee happiness. Professional and organized.

Manager
I interviewed with 6 staff members over several weeks for this senior role. Some interviewers seemed inexperienced and commented on support staff being involved. One person mentioned the company's lack of structure and process, citing the number of interviews as proof. The recruiter contacted me to say another candidate was chosen, which was fine. The job was reposted the same day, and they missed out on my skills.
