After getting a call, the recruiter followed up a few times until I could make it into the office for an interview. There was a HHA quiz and then about 45-60 minutes where they asked about me, my experience and why I entered the homecare field. The recruiter was nice and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable and giving me lots of info about how Privatus operates!

The hiring process included a written test, followed by two weeks of on-the-job training and watching videos. We also took a tour of the building and met other staff. Then I had to sign some documents and was given my schedule.

it was short, and they were non-attentive. First interviewer came out and said I would meet with her and then the director. Then they both interviewed me together, saying that they wanted to quickly conduct the interview and send me on my way.
