Sales Coordinator
It was a 3 round interview process. First was a self-introduction round, then a technical round, followed by interviews with the manager and then the director. Finally, there was an HR round. If they are okay with you, they select you, otherwise, they reject you. And there's a lot of politics involved here.

Office Manager Executive Assistant
I first had a phone interview with my future boss and the head of HR. Then, I had a second round of interviews where I met with members of the executive team individually, all in one day. I got an offer the next day.
