First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Private Jet Services Group.
Head of Marketing
The interview process was well organized. First, I spoke with the head of HR. After that, I faced a panel. Finally, the CEO interviewed me. I got an offer from the CFO within a week.
- What would be learned about me after a year of working together?
Sales
It started with a phone interview with their HR consultant, then an in person interview on campus. It was pretty standard but handled really well. They communicated clearly throughout. I got an offer email about three weeks later.
- What makes you the perfect candidate for this position?
- How has your background equipped you to excel in this job?
- Does financial reward drive you?
Management
Interviewed with three people and the process was straightforward. I heard back in about 3 days. The office setting was a bit unprofessional, with everyone dressed casually in jeans or shorts and flip-flops. There wasn't a clear agenda for the meetings; they just directed me to the next person. I was ultimately screened by the CEO. The overall experience was okay, just a bit informal.
- I can't recall any specific questions other than the CEO posing a bizarre math problem irrelevant to my skills, requiring mental calculation.
Flight Coordinator
The interview process can vary depending on the specific role. For this position, I spoke with the Sales Manager, the HR department, and some other Coordinators. It was fairly straightforward. They primarily inquired about my past experience, my willingness to travel, and typical situational judgment questions.
- Are you okay with being on-call and always connected to work?
