I felt really comfortable and met with nice team members. We did a zoom call for the first stage. They showed me the office during the second stage, which was great. The feedback took a little longer than I expected though.

It was a lot of stages, meeting with different people. They asked really thorough questions to make sure I was the right fit. There were some delays between stages, but they always made an effort to communicate.

So I interviewed for this Nutrition and Product Management Executive role at Prinova Europe in London. It was with three people. The first person I spoke to was the least senior, and they just went over my CV with me. They asked how much I knew about the company and explained the role, which was a bit of a mix - simpler in some ways, more complex in others than the job spec suggested. Apparently, they couldn't find an intern with the right 'quality' so they made it a full-time role, which seemed to be reflected in the 18-21k salary, even though they wanted some experience. It's basically a hybrid role covering gaps between the Amino Acid division and another division I can't recall. They mentioned most product managers there also do some sales, and if you get promoted, you might be doing purchase orders one day and visiting clients the next. After that chat, there was a test where they gave me a purchase order to check against the original for any mistakes. Then they showed me a spreadsheet to see if I could understand it. Lastly, the head of HR came in. He was nice but very serious and asked some really deep questions to gauge my passion for the role. He wasn't shocked when I said I had other options and couldn't guarantee I'd take the job if offered, which was the honest truth. Overall, they seemed like really good people.

I had a virtual call with the Head of HR. The invite I got had the wrong name on it, showing the full name of another candidate. I felt the interview went okay, but it was hard to tell if they liked me because they weren't very friendly. I didn't hear back for 4 weeks, and after I followed up, they just told me I wasn't successful and didn't give me any feedback.
