Teacher
First, there was a written test. Then, an interview took place, and finally, a demo class had to be presented. The interview did not happen on the same day as the written test.
- What motivates your interest in this position?
Faculty Member
The interview process involved 3 stages. First, there was a demo, then form filling, and finally an interview with the principal. The interview went well. Both the HOD and the principal tried to keep me calm during the interview.
- What is your subject-related knowledge?
- Can you answer some behavioral questions?
UI/UX Designer
There were supposed to be three digital interviews. The first was a standard introductory chat. It was pleasant and professional. I was told I'd have a second technical interview with the department head, but never heard back. After about two weeks, I sent a polite reminder. The second interview was more intense, with questions about the field that I think I answered well. I got positive feedback and was again promised a review and response. The third interview would have likely been about an offer, but it never happened, and I didn't want to follow up again. Maybe the job was filled or they just forgot about me.
- Can you explain the distinction between typeface and typography?
Assistant Professor
The interview process had 3 rounds: a written test, a demo round, and a final interview. The written test covered my subject matter. For the demo round, I had to choose a topic, and they asked questions related to that topic and beyond. If I passed that, I was called for the interview, which was conducted by a panel of 2-3 members. They asked questions about my projects and previous experience. They also presented a situation and asked how I would assist students in such scenarios. This was my interview journey, and I was selected.
- General questions and questions related to the subject, previously handled subjects, grade patterns, lab sets, projects, seminars, and so forth.
