Intern
I applied online and heard back for a phone interview about a week or two later. The phone interview was with someone who gave me the details about the internship like duties and pay, and I answered some questions about myself and my leadership skills. I'm not totally sure if I also did a short quiz with character and situational questions, as I was applying for other jobs too. The next day, I got a call to set up an in-person interview, which was a two-part thing with two different departments, each having two interviewers, so I met four people total. The interviews were at 801 Grand, and the security people were really nice. They asked me about my past experiences, achievements, knowledge, and some situational stuff. Since I didn't hear back for three weeks, I called them. The day after I called, they let me know I got the internship! I got to rank my department choices and fill out the background check stuff.
- Tell me about a time you created something lasting or started a policy that is still in use.
- Could you share a past experience, achievement, or knowledge related to this position?
- How would you handle specific situations?
Intern
I sent in my application online and it took them about two weeks to reach out. They liked my resume and wanted to schedule a phone interview, which I did. The interview itself seemed okay, but ultimately I didn't get an offer. The interviewer seemed pretty distracted during the call and didn't really focus on my answers.
- What do you hope to gain from this internship?
- Tell me about your hobbies.
- Can you tell me more about your resume?
Intern
The technical questions were challenging, and there was an online exam for coding. I cleared both, which was a good interview experience. The interviewer was very transparent and supportive. I was asked to solve two problems with video on, as it was a remote interview. I was warned not to look away from the camera, or I'd be disqualified immediately.
- Tell me about challenging projects you've done in college.
- What are your weaknesses and strengths?
