It was a two day process, with the second day involving other programming tasks. The interview questions were pretty straightforward, focusing on what skills I bring to the table and touching upon my past experiences. Overall, I had a good time.

HR reached out two weeks after I applied. I had a call with HR, a really nice lady, and she asked some standard behavioral questions. At the end of the phone screen, I was told they wanted me to come onsite for interviews and that HR would call to schedule travel. I never got a call or email about scheduling. I didn't follow up because I wasn't that interested in the company anyway, but it seems like bad HR if they lose candidates due to poor internal communication.

  • Can you describe a situation where you did something controversial and what the result was?
