First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrincetonOne.
Project Support Specialist
It was a pretty chill interview. It started with an in-person 2-on-1 meeting before COVID, and then I had a one-on-one phone call. They offered me the job after the phone call, but that was mainly because I originally applied for a different role. I think if I had applied for this specific job initially, it would have just been the one interview.
- Can you handle juggling multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines?
Biller
You start by filling out an online application, and you'll get an automated response. Soon after, someone will call to set up an interview. You'll then take a typing test or other software-related tests. After that, you'll be interviewed and potentially called back for a second interview. Finally, you'll have to interview with PrincetonOne's client, who will decide if they want to hire you as a temp.
- I asked if I could get a higher pay rate, but I found out that others were getting paid more for the same job at the same client's campus.
Account Executive
The hiring process was pretty standard and professional. After looking over my resume, the hiring manager gave me a call. We talked about my goals and what I'm looking for, and they also gave me a good rundown of the job and the company culture.
- How do you think your lack of prior sales experience can be an advantage for this position?
- What's your strategy for getting past a gatekeeper to close a deal?
Recruiter
I posted my resume on Careerbuilder and Indeed and was contacted the next day by a local recruiter. I went into the office after speaking on the phone and met with program managers. Both were very friendly and the entire staff that I saw appeared to be young and high energy. Overall, I felt it was a great atmosphere. The recruiter followed up with me to let me know that I wasn't offered the position, but I find that practice to be very professional and was appreciative of their honesty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite the lack of job offer.
- Can you describe your approach to managing peer evaluations?
