First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PRINCETON IT SERVICES INC..
Budget Analyst
The interview experience was positive. It started with a discussion of my background and professional history. A significant portion involved behavioral questions focused on my previous education and relevant field experience. Finally, I was asked about my motivation for applying to this specific role.
- Could you describe your educational background and work experience?
- What makes you want to work in this role?
Technical Recruiter
It was a pretty bad experience interviewing with them. I went to their office in downtown NYC and the CEO basically said that recruiters don't do anything. I actually liked the company at first, but then I realized they were just all about the money.
- What recruiting methods would you employ?
Business Analyst
The interview process was quite good, moving along quickly and directly. They asked straightforward questions about technical skills and knowledge, along with some background and past experience inquiries, all very relevant to the skillset. The environment felt friendly, and they also shared insights into the work culture, daily challenges, and the processes they follow.
- Can you describe the responsibilities associated with a Business Analyst role?
Sales
This company is hiring based on employee recommendations rather than the interview or actual needs of the role. I do not recommend this company as they do not follow any ethics or values.
- Can you introduce yourself?
