I applied before the deadline, completed all the steps, and got through the interview process and was accepted. However, I was given unrealistic expectations to complete. They basically asked me to pursue other avenues to complete them and reapply the following year. While this would have been a nice opportunity, please note that the people are not there to help you at all.

I went to an online job fair with the district that was easy to sign up for and attend. During my interview time, I met with a group of 5 people, including the principal and assistant principal. The interview felt really thorough, and they were all very positive and pleasant.

The interview process was slow and disorganized. Some interviewers seemed disengaged and were late. HR was helpful with general support but struggled with scheduling, which caused issues for me as I had conflicts with other interviews. This lateness apparently led to me being 'blackballed' from future opportunities by the panel.

I applied on the website and got a call for an interview. The interview experience can really depend on the interviewer and the school. My first interview was pretty rough. They put me in a room with blank paper and a teacher's manual, and I had only 15 minutes to create a lesson plan. I managed to finish it. After that, I was taken to another room where about 10-12 school staff members, all with laptops, started firing questions at me. It was a weird setup, and I got a bad feeling about the school culture the moment they handed me the textbook. Despite the odd situation, I gave it my all and decided I wouldn't accept the job even if offered. Later, I learned the previous teacher left because of the school's culture. The second interview, however, was a much better experience. I was treated with respect, like a professional. I accepted the job offer right away and now I really enjoy my school!
