First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primo Brands.
Supervisor
Had a quick phone screening. Then, I went to the plant for an in-person interview with the production manager. He mainly asked standard background questions. Later, they called with a job offer.
- Can you describe your previous job experience?
Manager
Went through two rounds of panel interviews, then was asked about availability to visit the facility. Responded, and then heard nothing back. This is a first!
- Describe a past mistake and the steps taken to rectify it.
Manager, Financial Systems
I went through two rounds of interviews, but after that, I was ghosted. Eventually, I got a generic rejection email. When I asked for feedback, I received more generic feedback that didn't match what the hiring manager had said.
- Can you describe a time you leveraged data to offer business partners insights about the company's performance?
Finance Manager
The interview process can vary based on the hiring manager. For me, the hiring process was completed within a week. I've heard of situations where it took longer, sometimes weeks. Despite the variations, it's a fair process with no tricky questions.
- Would you be comfortable operating in an environment with a lot of ambiguity?
- Are you okay with a lack of defined processes?
- Is it alright for you to work with data that is not consolidated in one place?
