First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrimeVigilance.
Physician
There were 4 rounds for the interview process. The first round was with their internal recruiter, and then there were 2 rounds of interviews with the directors and finally the VP. All interviews were done remotely. The whole thing took about 3-4 weeks.
- Tell me about your technical knowledge regarding ICSRs.
- How do you approach signal detection from a technical standpoint?
- Can you discuss your experience with benefit-risk assessment?
Pharmacovigilance Specialist
I took an online assessment in Nov-2025 related to case processing scenarios. It's now Dec-2025, and I still haven't heard back about the results. I emailed twice for feedback, and someone from Ergomed's talent acquisition team finally replied, saying they're working with resourcing and aren't hiring until the new year. They promised updates, but I'm unsure if they'll proceed with my interview or if I'll just be ghosted.
- How do you determine if an adverse event has occurred?
Medical Information Associate
The interview process was pretty standard, asking the same old questions. Each interview took about 30 minutes. It's tough to know if it's worth your time since they don't disclose salary info. I wasn't feeling it after the second meeting.
- Can you introduce yourself and share what you know about our company?
- What are your thoughts on the responsibilities of this position?
- Would you be comfortable commuting to the office?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process wasn't too much trouble, it was just two rounds: a screening talent interview and then an interview with the manager. The whole thing was quick and straightforward, and I heard back with the final feedback within 3 weeks at most.
- Could you describe your previous experience?
- What's your proficiency with MS Excel?
- What's your proficiency with MS Word?
